摘要: 胆结石是一种常见的胆道系统疾病,而胆固醇结石是胆结石最主要的一种,胆固醇结石实验动物模型的建立可以帮助研究者深入研究该疾病的病理生理学,有助于开发出创新有效的治疗方法。 小鼠基于其造模方法简单、胆固醇结石形成速度快、处理组胆结石发生率高等原因,是良好的胆固醇结石动物模型选材之一。 本文简述了胆固醇结石的定义、分类与成因,归纳综述了实验动物以及小鼠胆固醇结石模型造模的研究进展,总结了造模过程中致石饲料的设计特点和应用现状,旨在为胆结石症的研究工作提供一定的方法和数据借鉴。

Abstract: Cholelithiasis is a common disease of biliary system which seriously threatens human health. The establishment of animal model of cholelithiasis can help researchers to further study the pathophysiology of the disease and develop innovative and effective therapeutic method . Mice is one of the good animal models for gallstone because of its simple modeling method, fast gallstone formation, high incidence of gallstone in treatment group, and similar composition of gallstone to human. This paper briefly describes the definition, classification and causes of gallstones, summarizes the research progress of animal and mice gallstone models, and summarizes the design and application status of stone feed, so as to provide certain method and data reference for the early research of gallstones.
